The grass is greener...

We've had several storms in Madison now and my front lawn is starting to look a lot greener. Last night I left my car window open to find my front seat soaked and the door arm filled with water-- oops. I used to leave my sun roof open when I had one, and would wash out the whole car. Erika now uses that car and I don't think she's done that. After my walk with Balt this morning, Erika and I worked on financial aid paperwork for college. I went into to school to pick up a few items including transcripts for Jessi. She's applying to the Naval Academy and the paperwork is crazy and all due much earlier than regular college. I took her to get her military physical exam as well today. She passed. I think she was asked about tattoos and piercings several times. It only made it to 98 today which made my afternoon swim amazing. Monika and I went school shopping for the first time. I got 2 backpacks and a pack of pens. It's the first session with many more to come, I am sure
