I had nothing in particular to do today but there is always lots to choose from; dog walk, and yoga are always on the top of my list. I spent some time trying to finish a book I started while driving but I kept dozing off. Jim made me lunch. Together we walked to the bank, grabbed an iced tea and took an afternoon walk. I made tuna salad for dinner. I lost another 2 pounds last night, so I'm close to where I started before I left for my road trip. This high protein diet is working like a charm but I'm craving bread big time.
