I realized today that even with working out, I am still gaining weight and feeling tired. I feel emotionally drained and physically weak. I need a change and I need it quick. I ran over to Barnes & Noble to get a detox book and found The Fast Track Detox Diet from the same author who wrote the Fat Flush. So I need a week to get my body ready for my detox day. I'll be eating broccoli, greens, citrus, eggs, celery, psyllium, apples, and flax along with a healthy diet. I won't be eating fat, sugar, artificial sweeteners, refined carbo's, gluten, caffeine, milk or cheese-- which means no lattes for a while! After that 7-day prequel, I fast for a day followed by a 3-day sequel. I will keep you posted on my progress.
