Many years ago a mentor told me that I could never teach the advanced metals class in the morning but this year I decided to find out for myself if I could make it happen and I am but it means getting in pretty early. I got in before 7am this morning to turn on the kiln in order to get casting done. Geof regularly comes in that early, so it's not a big deal really, but it certainly makes for a very long day. I had yearbook pages to prep so it gave me extra time for that. While the day was long and very busy, all that needed to get done, did and I actually got home without having to go back in (which I was afraid might happen). I pulled out some very old gluten free chicken nuggets out of the freezer for dinner and ended up sharing them with Balt. As I type my stomach is growling but that's okay. I can dream about breakfast.
