Show Opening

So today was the day I swung the doors open of the gallery and spent the afternoon prepping for an opening celebration. While not a huge crowd showed up, it was nice to see those who came by, new and old friends. I have lots of masala chai tea left over and will bring it in for my morning classes to enjoy. Other than show prep, I worked on yearbook pages. I promised my kids to have pages ready to work on next week, so I'll go in to finish them this weekend and that is fine. It seems my weekends have become the time I need to make my weeks more enjoyable. Instead of staying late at school, I know I can put things off a bit when I have time. I prefer to live life at an enjoyable pace. While there's always so much to do, I always make time to breathe!
