Our November has been down right wonderful thus far. We kicked the month off in the mid 70's and kept up really nice Autumn weather. Today was the transition day. I could see and feel the weather changing. It's been very windy all day, transitioning from 70 down to 30 with a slight chance of snow at midnight. We won't see 70 or 60 again until next spring. We'll be lucky to hit 50 again before the year is over. Anyway, at least the morning was amazing. I had a wonderful walk with Balt this morning while I was chatting with Monika who is back in Jordan, catching up. The school day was not very exciting. At lunch I ran out to purchase glass for students working on stained glass projects. After school I went to hot yoga, came home and had left overs for dinner and then set out for the first basketball game of the winter sports season-- a girls game that was packed with folks. I do miss the days when Jessi played basketball, not that really watched the game or paid all that much attention typically. I have two freshmen girls in one of my art classes that both made the varsity team and I decided to try to support them with treats and taking photos. I'm not sure how many games I will get to, but at least I've already made it to one. I left a bit early, eager to get to bed and kick off my weekend.
