My Friday

As I close out this 3rd week, I am looking forward to Jessi and Monika joining me late next week. There was not a lot to do today. After my morning walk with Balt, I went out to breakfast with a dear high school friend, Michelle, catching up on life. She asked me if I remembered registration in high school. Apparently we had to go around the gym and collect cards from teachers to fill our own schedule. I have no memory of such an event. I'm wondering if I ever went to registration or if I was one of those obnoxious kids that showed up on the first day of school to get everything done? There is a lot from high school I have forgotten. Not that it was all that painful, but it certainly was not the best years of my life. I got home with lots of breakfast leftovers for my mom and together we ran some errands and then the day was kind of done. I went for a swim, made a salad for dinner and went for another short walk with Balt. I'm running out of time to get stuff done, but luckily I feel like I'm also running out of things to do.
