Summer Vacation Week #7

Well, July is just about over. I spent my week chipping away at painting our extra bedroom with goal to create a comfortable office space for Jim when he visits, or Monika if she ends up getting a job that offers her the flexibility to work from home. I have to be honest, I did not work more than a few hours a day, so work was slow going. I went to the pool and spent a lot of time just relaxing or hanging out with the girls. I had coffee with a retired teacher friend one morning. Next week I start floors and have my first meeting with students. Summer school is over, so I will start prepping for my fall classess but just a bit. I certainly don't want to work to hard all at once so starting early working a bit at a time.
